Cancelling Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Email sales@haabeebee.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund, including delivery charges, within 14 days.

Cancelling After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re no longer able to intercept it. If you’d still like to cancel, you can refuse delivery or return the item to us once received, following our Refund & Returns Policy. Return shipping costs will apply unless the item is faulty.

Cooling-Off Period

If you’re a UK consumer, you also have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how this works in practice.

How to Cancel

Email us at sales@haabeebee.com with your order number and, where possible, the reason for cancellation. We aim to confirm all cancellation requests within 24 hours.
